- English – very good conversational level;

- The position requires full – time, office based work and a high level of availability for business travel and business meetings;
- B Cat. driving licence;
- The future employee agrees that the employment contract will be: 3-month fixed term, extended by 6 months; thereafter, indefinite (permanent).

The Segment Manager is responsible for all customer segment group. Develops targeted product offerings or marketing campaigns based on customer profiles. Being a Segment Manager provides information to sales and marketing teams to assist in the promotion of the organization’s goods.

- Implement strategies and product road maps to grow market share and meet business objectives related to the product segments;
- Analyze market and technology trends to ensure that product development projects continue to meet current conditions aligned with overall company's strategy;
- Work with the marketing team to develop strategic marketing plans to promote products through various channels;
- Provide and monitor expense budgets;
- Provide regular reports on the status of programs and initiatives and create analysis of sales by product and region.
