We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help new sellers get started on our e-commerce platform. You’ll play a key role in making their onboarding experience smooth and hassle-free by guiding them through setup, answering their questions, and ensuring they understand how to use our tools effectively.
 

What You’ll Need:

• Romanian native language level & English medium level (B2)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.

Your Responsibilities:

Field Sales Specialist:

• Perform market research
• Be present to trade fairs and fizical stores to increase brand awareness
• Promote the brand
• Creates databases with relevant leads
• Convinces sellers to register on the platform, guide them through the registration process, and explains how the platform works (delivery, payments, commissions)
• Provide recommendations and assistance to sellers
• Maintains relationships with sellers 

Remote Sales Specialist:

• Promote the brand
• Convince sellers to register on the platform, guide them through the registration process, explain how the platform works (delivery, payments, commissions)
• Handle more difficult sellers who could not be convinced by level 1
• Provide recommendations and assistance to sellers
• Maintain a relationship with the seller (check if everything is okay for them, offer suggestions for improvement)
• Contact small/medium-sized companies with the purpose of closing deals according with their services
