-an educate person with experience in in/out home deco, lighting, electrical materials, construction materials.
-negociation and communication skills;
-minimum 3 years of sales relevant experience;
-secondary or/and higher education;
-good skills on PC, good knowledge MS Office (excel, word, Outlook);
-clear driver's licence, B category;
-team spirit, analitical thinking and a good planner;
-a foreign language knowledge is a plus, with proficiency in English and/or Hungarian.

Job description:
-prospecting and identifying potential clients, regular coverage of the assigned area based on a monitoring schedule;
-identifies customer needs and offers the best business solution;
-negociate and close contracts;
-prepare the offer for the products and the proposed services;
-give valued market informations to his colleagues, prepare market search reports;
-implement regular and/or special promo actions and collect orders based on those promos;
-selling products based on customer needs;
-nonstop listing new items = a base activity for all partners, based on offers, shelf analysis, partner’s availability;
-daily visits to customers;
-project basis data collect, pro oriented to new business alternatives as market offers;
-constantly analise and identify the cash flow issues of his portfolio, report any issue;
-reach sales target for the assigned area on specialty shops, e-commerce and project customers and partners, all partner range are his sales target in every month;
-make reports regarding the daily work and main tasks, based on a standard reporting system;
-constantly observ and monitorise our competition activity.
We are offering constantly informations and training - on the job and general sessions, always keeping in mind that we are a small but experienced team here in Cluj, with the support of our colleagues from HQ. When questions occur, ask and you will be helped.

Rabalux has constantly promo actions due to year-to year product renewal process, resulting in outgoing and lower prices actions.
