Who we are looking for ?

First of all, we are looking for a strong salesperson with ambition.
You don't need to arrive as an experienced Country Manager with ten years of leadership experience. And you don't need to know everything about 3D printing on day one – we will teach you our products, technology and production process.

What matters to us is that you:

• are confident approaching new clients and opening doors,
• know how to build trust and long-term relationships,
• are proactive and don't wait for opportunities to come to you,
• can organise your own work and sales pipeline,
• are persistent without being pushy,
• are curious, ambitious and willing to learn,
• are interested in sports, events, design, innovation or technology,
• want to build something new rather than simply maintain an existing client portfolio.

Previous B2B sales experience is an advantage.

Experience in sports, events, promotional products, agencies, municipalities, federations or corporate sales is an even bigger advantage – but it is not a requirement.

Language

Native Romanian is essential.

You should also be able to communicate comfortably in English, as this will be the main language used with our international team in Prague.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the ambition to grow.

Your mission is simple:
Help us make 3DDen a recognised premium sports awards brand in Romania.

You will:

• actively develop new business opportunities across Romania,
• approach sports federations, race organisers, event agencies, municipalities, corporate clients and other potential partners,
• introduce 3DDen and our technology to new customers,
• build long-term relationships with key clients,
• identify interesting projects and turn them into real business,
• prepare offers and manage opportunities throughout the entire sales process,
• work closely with our design, production and management teams in Prague,
• represent 3DDen at meetings, industry events and relevant sports events,
• gradually build your own network and position in the Romanian market.

You will not be alone.

Our team in Prague will support you with product know-how, design, quotations, samples, production and marketing materials.

Your job is to bring the right people and opportunities to the table. We'll give you the product, technology and support to turn them into business.
