- Strong network within fashion, luxury, media, lifestyle, or corporate sectors is an advantage.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software.

Mercedes-Benz Bucharest Fashion Week is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager / Project Manager to drive commercial partnerships, sponsorship sales, and strategic business development while overseeing the successful execution of key projects and stakeholder relationships.
This role combines sales leadership, partnership development, and project management to support the growth and international positioning of Mercedes-Benz Bucharest Fashion Week as a leading fashion and cultural platform in Central and Eastern Europe.

This role combines sales leadership, partnership development, and project management to support the growth and international positioning of Mercedes-Benz Bucharest Fashion Week as a leading fashion and cultural platform in Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors, and commercial opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for key sponsors and strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with luxury brands, corporations, fashion, beauty, automotive, lifestyle, and technology partners.
- Prepare customized sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership packages.
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and partnership agreements.
- Achieve and exceed sponsorship and revenue targets.
- Manage existing partners and ensure successful delivery of contractual benefits.
- Lead and coordinate projects related to fashion week events, conferences, activations, and special initiatives.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Ensure excellent partner experience before, during, and after events.
- Prepare post-event reports and ROI evaluations for partners.
- Contribute to the long-term commercial strategy of Mercedes-Benz Bucharest Fashion Week.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing new revenue streams and special projects.
