We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong technical background and experience in selling measuring devices such as water meters, thermometers, thermostats, or heat cost allocators (or in a related industry).
The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with excellent sales and negotiation skills. They are proactive, independent, and highly motivated to develop the Romanian and Bulgarian markets. Experience in cooperation with utility companies, property managers, or wholesalers will be a strong advantage.
High mobility, readiness for frequent business travel (approx. 80%), and a valid driving license are essential.

• Selling modern measuring devices (including water meters, thermometers, and heat cost allocators) to utility companies, property managers, housing cooperatives, and wholesalers of plumbing supplies
• Identifying new industry segment opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing business partners and actively acquiring new customers
• Monitoring and analysis of the competitive environment and setting competitive business conditions
• Implementing the company’s sales strategy and achieving sales targets within the assigned region
• Participating in product training sessions and industry events such as trade fairs and conferences
• Conducting commercial negotiations, establishing terms of cooperation, and preparing price offers
• Providing technical support and product consultancy to clients
Our requirements:
• Strong technical background with experience in sales of thermometers, thermostats, heat cost allocators, and water or related industries is a must
• Technical secondary education; higher education (engineering) is a plus
• Valid driving license
• Commitment and strong work ethics – proactive attitude, openness to new challenges
• Communication and sales skills, personal initiative and enthusiasm for a new challange
• High mobility – frequent business trips, approximately 80% of working time
