Sales Manager / Commodity Trader – Romania (Sunflower Oil & Agricultural Products)
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager / Commodity Trader to grow and manage our customer portfolio in Romania and expand our sales in the EU agricultural commodities market.
What We Are Looking For
2+ years experience in B2B sales, trading, or commodity markets (agri/food/feed industry is a strong advantage)
Strong understanding of the Romanian market (must-have advantage)
Fluent Romanian and English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset – self-driven and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and build a market from scratch

Your Mission
You will be responsible for developing and growing our business in Romania, building long-term partnerships and driving trading volumes across our product portfolio.
This is a high-impact, commercial role with real ownership of your market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales growth in sunflower oil, kernels, and by-products
Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships in Romania and EU markets
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms
Identify new trading opportunities and build a strong customer pipeline
Manage key accounts and ensure long-term cooperation
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition
Coordinate contract execution and logistics follow-up
Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to commercial strategy
