Your role in the team:
You will play a key role in growing the OMODA and JAECOO brands in Romania and actively contribute to expanding and strengthening our commercial network. You will coordinate and develop the sales network, implement the commercial strategy, and monitor performance in the local and regional market. You will build long-term partnerships, attract new clients, and directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will be:
➤ Implement the company’s sales strategy: turn commercial plans into concrete actions such as monthly objectives, campaigns, and loyalty initiatives adapted to the local market.
➤ Coordinate and develop Romania’s sales network: manage partner relationships, ensure brand standards are respected, and provide partners with the necessary support to perform.
➤ Identify new business opportunities in the automotive area: actively search for new clients and propose collaborations in sectors such as fleets, retail, service, leasing, Tier 1 & 2 suppliers, spare parts market, etc.
➤ Bring new clients and open sales channels: initiate contacts, present company offers, tailor proposals to clients, and turn discussions into long-term collaborations.
➤ Plan and monitor short- and long-term sales: track commercial performance, propose corrective measures when necessary, and report relevant results to the management team.
➤ Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to ensure stability and profitability.
➤ Analyze the market and competition and propose concrete actions based on insights and commercial data.
➤ Work as a team with marketing, product, and technical support to integrate client requirements into the final solution.
➤ Represent the company at industry events: auto fairs, exhibitions, conferences, or B2B meetings to increase the visibility of OMODA & JAECOO.

Requirements:
✓ Completed university degree; advanced MS Office knowledge; advanced English, written and spoken.
✓ Category B driving license and availability for frequent travel (domestic and occasional international).
✓ Solid B2B sales and business development experience – minimum 5 years: complex commercial projects, closed partnerships, and grown accounts; able to build durable business relationships.
✓ Very good knowledge of the automotive market: understanding of the ecosystem (dealers, importers, fleets, spare parts market, OEM suppliers). Existing contacts or the ability to create them efficiently.
✓ Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities at a strategic level; active listening and trust-building for win–win relationships.
✓ Analytical thinking and strong commercial results orientation: set clear objectives, track them, draw conclusions, and adjust strategy when needed; ownership for outcomes.
