About the Company
Felicity ESS is an international provider of residential energy storage solutions, including hybrid inverters, LiFePO4 batteries, and complete solar backup systems.
As our business continues to expand in Romania, we are looking for a local Service Technician / Repair Technician to support our after-sales service operations for inverter and battery systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection, testing, diagnosis, and repair of inverters and battery systems
Identify and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, communication, and control-related faults
Replace spare parts, modules, and components when required
Support product fault verification and service evaluation for returned units
Record repair cases, service findings, and replacement details according to internal procedures
Coordinate with the local warehouse regarding spare parts, returned units, and replacement materials
Support after-sales service activities for customers, dealers, and installers when needed
Assist with technical analysis together with the engineering team for more complex cases
Ensure repair quality, safety, and proper handling of service processes
Support internal service improvement by reporting common issues and repair trends
Requirements
Romanian language: fluent / native
English: good working level
At least 2 years of experience in repair, maintenance, technical service, or after-sales support
Technical background in electrical, electronic, electromechanical, or related fields
Ability to perform basic fault diagnosis independently
Good hands-on skills in inspection, testing, spare parts replacement, and repair work
Responsible, organized, and able to follow internal service procedures
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
