- Experience in a Customer Relationship Center (CRC) is a plus
- Background in banking, insurance, or mutual insurance is advantageous
- Knowledge of the French healthcare system and complementary insurance schemes is desirable
- Strong verbal and written French communication skills

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer experiences by providing clear information, guiding clients through procedures, and ensuring efficient follow-up on their requests.
Key Responsibilities
Health Insurance Support
- Provide information on premiums, reimbursements, and complementary health insurance coverage.
- Assist customers with requests related to policy upgrades, beneficiary enrollment, and coverage guarantees.
- Explain insurance benefits and guide clients through their rights and entitlements.
- Direct customers to the appropriate services for coverage approvals and quotes (optical, dental, hearing, and hospital services).
- Communicate with insured members and healthcare professionals when necessary.
Automobile Insurance Support
- Advise customers on procedures related to claim declarations and accident reports.
- Register and track assistance requests and customer claims.
- Provide clear guidance on administrative processes and next steps.
