We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our multi-channel customer support team in the insurance sector. In this role, you will manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels and support clients with inquiries related to health insurance and automobile insurance.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer experiences by providing clear information, guiding clients through procedures, and ensuring efficient follow-up on their requests.

Key Responsibilities
Health Insurance Support
  • Provide information on premiums, reimbursements, and complementary health insurance coverage.
  • Assist customers with requests related to policy upgrades, beneficiary enrollment, and coverage guarantees.
  • Explain insurance benefits and guide clients through their rights and entitlements.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate services for coverage approvals and quotes (optical, dental, hearing, and hospital services).
  • Communicate with insured members and healthcare professionals when necessary.

Automobile Insurance Support
  • Advise customers on procedures related to claim declarations and accident reports.
  • Register and track assistance requests and customer claims.
  • Provide clear guidance on administrative processes and next steps.
