- Proven experience in coordinating talent acquisition process and teams, or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment – minimum 4 years.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and data reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Flexible and resilient, thriving in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment
- Good level English is required; proficiency in French is a plus

- Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans to attract, evaluate, and hire talent
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Constantly evaluating the performance of team members, proposing and implementing individual development plans
