We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator – Crewing to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding seafarers for our international clients.

Solid understanding of the maritime industry and crewing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in both Romanian and English (spoken and written)
Experience in recruiting seafarers for RORO vessels will be considered an advantage
