Receptionist

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and proactive, with a basic understanding of administrative processes and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, register, and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience.
• Manage visitor access, verify credentials, and coordinate with hosts and security teams.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with security and access control procedures.
• Coordinate mail, deliveries, and document distribution across departments.
• Support daily office operations, including meeting room management, supply tracking, and workspace coordination.
• Monitor office facilities, report maintenance issues, and follow up on repairs and inspections.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and inventory/asset tracking.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of the MS Office Package
