In this key role, you'll use your expertise to develop and deliver technical and commercial proposals for our European customers, focusing on ATEX-certified electrical distribution solutions like switch racks, junction boxes, and control stations. This role requires the overall management of the proposal preparation and order booking process, including sales & operations stakeholders’ coordination and direct customer contact, with the focus on winning more orders for the company. As a key point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Account Managers and Operations teams across Europe.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Acquiring information regarding the division and the products offered, their characteristics, usage methods, and applicability;
Verifying the quotation request received from the sales office/sales representative and preparing the technical-commercial offer for clients, ensuring that it aligns with the technical specifications and client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams – Engineering, Certification, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service – to ensure accurate and timely prepared quotations;
Responding to clarification requests from the client or sales representative via phone or email, or when required, participate to clarification meetings with customer;
Actively participating in the smooth execution of the order throughout its development when vital;
Verifying the order note received from the client/sales engineer/sales representative to ensure it is consistent with the technical-commercial proposal;
Promote team efficiency by reusing existing designs and proposing workflow improvements to increase reactivity towards customers.
Actively participating in maintaining compliance with international trade rules (Trade Compliance) by adhering to company-specific procedures in this domain and raising issues to a higher level of responsibility.

You are meticulous with details, effective in handling multiple priorities, and eager to collaborate with global teams. Your strong communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn to make you a reliable and resourceful contributor in dynamic project environments.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Completed higher education in a technical field (Electrical, Electromechanical, Electro-technical);
Experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical-commercial offer preparation, technical sales);
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team;
Proven experience in selecting low-voltage components and creating technical and commercial quotations.
Strong emphasis on attention to detail, a problem-solving approach, and a willingness to continuously learn.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively.
Very good computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email, AutoCAD);
Good knowledge of English

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience in commercial and sales support activities;
Understanding of ATEX/IECEx requirements is a plus.
Proficiency in another French language (written and verbal) is an advantage
Good planning skills
Good administrative skills
