What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience: Experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or manufacturing quality environments.
- Knowledge: ISO quality standards, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), quality tools, PPAP - mandatory, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Tools: Experience with SAP, ERP systems, quality management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Languages: English – Advanced.

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal processes within the manufacturing environment. The role supports product quality, process performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product and process quality in line with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Lead investigations of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage customer complaints and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate inspection plans, audits, and non-conforming material activities.
- Support new product introductions (NPI), process changes, and PPAP approvals.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
- Deliver quality-related training and support cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.
