- Experience doing manual quality assurance testing, QTC and risk management;
- Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written form;
- Problem solving abilities, coupled with active listening;
- Proficient in Romanian, with emphasis on the Romanian grammar;
- Good knowledge of English
- Able to work efficiently without supervision (ability to prioritize, plan, execute and exert self-control);
- Competency in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc.), Jira, TestRail, etc.
- Positive attitude, calm and patient, with the ability to work under pressure;
- Organized, flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment;
- Experience in the gambling industry is a plus.

- Review documentation, analyze requirements and system specifications;
- Cooperate with internal teams to identify product requirements and to achieve the best results;
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test case;
- Conduct on-going test sessions to find important bugs and troubleshoot issues;
- Report and document technical issues, report bugs and errors to development teams;
- Create logs to document testing phases, identified defects and solutions;
- Use QA dashboard to stay up-to-date with issues entered by colleagues or other departments.
- Monitor personal ticket’s evolution until final confirmation;
- Monitor all the time the changes that occur on the platform, as well as ensuring using tools that the transactions are successful, and no issues or unwanted delays occur;
- Follow all release/hotfix notes to keep up with features that will be implemented;
- Retest all tickets fixed after a release/hotfix;
- Respond asap to groups for testing problems user face that are reported by CC colleagues, or other departments;
- Fill in Checklist or create other documents with the purpose of research for our department and other departments as well;
- Create individual or global tickets for CC colleagues;
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies;
