For our Workshop in Ploiesti West Park we are looking for a QA/QC Inspector with technical studies and a minimum 2 years relevant experience from the working life. Previous experience related to API Q1 is a plus.
Ideal candidate must be able to work independent and be accurate and have good English and PC skills.

Responsibilities:
• Active role in the maintenance of the company’s QA manual API Q1
• Is familiar with all quality assurance standards, inspection standards and monitors continuous application for all quality assurance processes
• Recommend and support the thread repair process improvement opportunities
• Controls the distribution and archiving of all quality documents related to the thread repair process, manufacturing process and ensures 100% document traceability
• Issues and tracks non-conformance reports
• Implements test and inspection schedule for the thread repair process
• Performs all daily inspections and tests necessary to achieve the quality required in the engineering drawings, specifications and applicable standards
• Responsible for ensuring all parts inspected are done so accurately and all measurements are recorded and retained in line with company policy and relevant standards
• Participate in audits held by the client or internal audits
• Review supplier material certificates
• Mentor and train others in the department
