Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:



•Attend and coordinate walkdowns on piping systems to confirm compliance with design Isometric and LSP (P&ID) drawings.
•Compile detailed punch-lists of items to be closed out.
•Supervise trade resources
•Issue weekly KPIs for review.
•Ensure pressure tests align with system/scope boundary requirements.
•Compile test packs for execution of testing scope and handover.
•Complete W1/W2/W3 walks with the Client to ensure timely system handover.
•Assist quality audits of the pipe fabrication and welding process, identify areas for improvement.
•Subcontractor scope alignment – ensure ducting, insulation etc. are aligned with project requirements with regard to specs and install as per LSP (P&ID)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing site quality assurance and quality control processes for process gas pipework installation works in accordance with project specifications and the agreed project quantity plan. Candidates with a pipefitting trade background are encouraged to apply, as it is considered an advantage.
