About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to grow in the field of purchasing and supply chain?
We’re looking for a Purchase Administrator to support our Sourcing and Cost Calculation teams with essential administrative activities that ensure accurate data, smooth processes, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams, while developing expertise in purchasing operations within an EMS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Support
• Upload and download item data in SAP, based on approved requests from the Commodity Manager or Sourcing team.
• Prepare files and documentation for sourcing negotiations.
• Prepare and validate data for upload into SAP for the Sourcing team.
• Create PB info records upon Engineering request.
• Work with multiple internal systems (BOM Connector, SAP IKOR, SAP Connect Group, eConnect).
• Support Purchase Administrator III in specific tasks and domains.
Process & Data Accuracy
• Ensure correctness, completeness, and timeliness of purchasing data and documentation.
• Maintain clear tracking of actions to support smooth workflows within the Cost Calculation and Sourcing areas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Warehouse, Planning, Customer Service, Engineering, Project Management, and Quality.
• Maintain regular contact with external suppliers for information exchange when required.
