Job Description
We are an Australian-based property management company expanding our operations and building a dedicated support team in Romania.

This role works closely with our Australian Strata Management team to support the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio. You will be responsible for client communication, coordination, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

This is a client-facing support role working with our Managers where you will interact directly with Australian lot owners, committee members, and stakeholders via email and virtual meetings. Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential.

The role operates in alignment with Australian business hours (night shift in Romania).

We are currently establishing our presence in Romania and offer an opportunity to join at an early stage and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Australian Strata Management team to support daily portfolio operations
Communicate directly with lot owners, committee members, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
Participate in virtual Annual General Meetings (AGM) and committee meetings, including minute taking and preparation of meeting minutes
Manage and respond to email correspondence, ensuring queries are addressed efficiently and accurately
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, property managers, and third-party service providers
Address and follow up on issues raised by clients and stakeholders
Prepare circulars, notices, and general correspondence as required
Track and follow through on action items arising from meetings and ongoing operations
Support the coordination of maintenance tasks and ensure service levels and timeframes are met
Ensure all service standards, KPIs, and response time expectations are consistently achieved
Assist with managing an allocated portfolio of properties (as experience develops)
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support business operations
