Property Associate

• Create, process, and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with Finance and Procurement departments.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Property Management team.
• Maintain and update internal databases, tenant files, and property management documentation.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations related to property operations, budgets, and maintenance planning.
• Support the issuance, processing, and tracking of purchase orders, invoices, and service contracts.
• Assist with monitoring service providers’ performance (cleaning, maintenance, security, landscaping) through reports and documentation.
• Coordinate and collect information from tenants for periodic reporting or audits.
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items for the team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Leasing, and technical departments to ensure smooth administrative flow of property-related tasks.
• Support in organizing and maintaining shared digital archives and document management systems.
