We are looking for a Promo & Pricing Expert to join our team and help ensure the successful planning, execution, and optimization of promotional and pricing activities, contributing directly to business performance and customer value.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail or FMCG environments, ideally within Promotions, Pricing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Category Management.
- Hands-on experience in promotional and pricing implementation and execution.
- Strong understanding of retail commercial processes and pricing mechanisms.
- Certifications or additional training in Pricing, Trade Marketing, or Business Analytics are considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of promotional mechanics and pricing strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation capabilities.
- Ability to consolidate and analyze information from multiple sources.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills. .
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and integrate promotional and pricing support activities, ensuring consistency between both areas.
- Support the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns, validating setup accuracy and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Verify price implementation and pricing updates across internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Monitor promotional and pricing execution, identifying inconsistencies, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a key point of contact for Commercial, Category Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Operations teams, providing guidance and support on promo and pricing-related topics.
- Coordinate the investigation of incidents, propose corrective actions, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Analyze promotional and pricing performance from sales, margin, and profitability perspectives, contributing to the optimization of commercial results.
- Generate data-driven insights and recommendations that improve execution efficiency and support business growth
