Can independently analyze technical documentation, BOQs, budgets, and schedules
Thinks proactively, identifies risks early, and proposes practical solutions
Communicates clearly and professionally with contractors, consultants, and international stakeholders
You enjoy having real influence on decisions, not just coordinating processes, and you are motivated to grow within an international development environment.
Professional working proficiency in Romanian and Russian is essential. English is considered an advantage.

We are looking for a Project Manager / Client–Developer Representative (Construction) to join an international real estate development project in Bucharest, Romania. The role represents the Client and Developer side, with a focus on budgeting, cost control, and construction delivery. The position is site-based and plays a key role during the construction phase.
