We are a growing Real Estate Developer with a diverse portfolio of properties for sale. We are seeking a versatile professional with a background in Economic Engineering to bridge the gap between our financial administration and technical property management.

Requirements
- Education: Degree or solid background in Economic Engineering, Engineering Management, or Business Administration with a technical focus.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus. DWG skills would be a plus.
- Core Competencies: Foundational knowledge of primary accountancy, billing processes, cost control and building systems.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical building specifications and end to end billing process from understanding the contracts demands, costs reconciliation and final billing.
- Communication: Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills for suppliers and buyer relations.

- Buyer Accountancy: process deposits for sales, and maintain accurate financial ledgers.
- Administrative Operations: Manage correspondence, organize digital files, and prepare property documentation using Microsoft Office.
- Technical & Economic Liaison: Apply your economic engineering background to analyze data, optimize operational costs, and understand building systems.
- Sales Support: Assist the commercial team by preparing standardized sales contracts, and property handover protocols.
- 5.000 to 6.000 RON with working hours 9 or 10 am till 4 or 5 pm
