Candidatul Ideal
- Previous experience in administration, back-office, project support, or documentation roles
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with technical documentation (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with DMS is an advantage
- Romanian very well or have it as mother tong
- Communicative English (working level)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with Quality Technical Control in Constructions is a big plus.

- Organizing as-built / post-completion documentation for ongoing and completed projects
- Collecting, reviewing, and structuring documentation from project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring documentation completeness and compliance with project and contractual requirements
- Managing document versions, approvals, and archiving in internal systems (DMS, SharePoint, folders)
- Supporting project managers and site teams with documentation-related tasks
- Coordinating the flow of documents between internal departments and external stakeholders
- Preparing simple reports, registers, and document lists
- Supporting audits, handover processes, and investor documentation packages
