Sourcing & Recruitment Support
- Post job announcements on the FlexApp portal based on recruiter input.
- Migrate suitable candidate profiles from LogicMelon to FlexApp.
- Manually add profiles to FlexApp from direct search activities on job platforms.
- Follow up with candidates for missing administrative or contractual documents.
- Coordinate with Domain Specialists to gather first-day details for contractors (e.g., address, contact info, timesheet/invoicing instructions).
- Publish weekly LinkedIn posts highlighting active roles (non-advert format).
- Create and manage job roles in FlexApp as needed.
- Update contractor profiles with new experience or CVs.
- Conduct first-day check-ins with contractors to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide support for timesheet issues (visibility, corrections, platform access).
- Investigate and resolve payment delays in coordination with the finance team.
- Communicate contract extensions and terminations as applicable.
- Address client escalations and maintain regular contact with contractors.
- Download and send timesheets to the finance team upon request.
- Confirm timesheet details with Flex Scheduling and chase submissions/approvals.
- Add contracts to the monthly reporting tracker.
- Calculate working days from submitted timesheets.
- Assign Business Units (BU) or confirm with Domain Specialists when unknown.
- Download and organize monthly timesheet reports per contractor.
- Upload reports to the shared drive for the accounting team.
