• Organize the Stage Gate meetings according to the project schedule and follow-up of the actions;
• Prepare projects reports for the monthly project reporting, incl. project steering meetings (internal & external);
• Organize projects meetings internal and external (supplier & customer), incl minutes and follow-up of actions;
• Support the GCPMs in project administration, e.g. storing, archiving of project documentation;
• Maintain and manage the project action lists / open issues;
• Support the GCPM in preparing presentation and organizing workshops with taking notes and follow-up of actions;
• Ensure CE process is followed (signature card ready for PAC);
