Candidatul Ideal
- Studii superioare tehnice (Inginerie, Management Industrial sau domenii similare);
- Experienta de minim 5 ani in productie, dintre care cel putin 2 ani in rol de coordonare;
- Cunostinte solide privind procesele industriale si sistemele de management al calitatii;
- Abilitati foarte bune de organizare, leadership si rezolvare a problemelor;
- Cunostinte MS Office – nivel mediu/avansat;
- Limba engleza – nivel mediu spre avansat (B2/C1).
Descrierea jobului
Rolul presupune colaborare activa cu celelalte departamente operationale si implicare constanta in imbunatatirea proceselor.
Activitatea se desfosoara onsite din Bucuresti.
Responsabilitati principale:
- Planifica si organizeaza activitatile zilnice de productie in conformitate cu obiectivele companiei;
- Monitorizeaza indicatorii operationali si ia masuri pentru imbunatatirea performantelor;
- Coordoneaza echipele din productie si asigura instruirea si dezvoltarea acestora;
- Colaboreaza cu departamentele de mentenanta, calitate, logistica si inginerie pentru a asigura buna desfasurare a proceselor;
- Respecta si implementeaza standardele de sanatate si securitate in munca;
- Contribuie la implementarea solutiilor de optimizare si la proiectele de imbunatatire continua;
- Asigura respectarea standardelor de calitate si sustine auditurile interne si externe;
- Intocmeste si actualizeaza documentatia necesara activitatii de productie.
Constituie avantaj:
- Experienta in productie de serie;
- Cunoasterea principiilor Lean Manufacturing sau Six Sigma;
- Familiaritate cu sisteme ERP.
