About the Role
As a Product Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of product realization — defining specifications, coordinating engineering changes, and supporting new product introductions. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal departments and serve as a technical point of contact for our customers, ensuring all products meet cost, timing, and quality targets.
What You Bring
✅ University Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
✅ Professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a production or EMS environment
✅ Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of industrial engineering and product development processes
✅ Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✅ Collaborative spirit and a hands-on approach to cross-functional teamwork

✅ Implement new products in the ERP system (BOMs, routings, work instructions).
✅ Support engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.
✅ Review product specifications, drawings, and prototypes.
✅ Liaise with customers on product status, timing, and updates.
✅ Support mass production ramp-up and troubleshoot technical challenges.
✅ Drive improvements to product quality, functionality, and cost efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with manufacturing and sales to align product specifications with company goals.
