Procurement Planner Specialist

In this position, our future colleague will operate as Procurment planner, by supporting all projects to entire Plant .He/she will responsible for timely planning of all procured materials to ensure the appropriate supply of materials required to maintain steady production and product delivery

Main missions:
  • Place orders in accordance with details from the ERP system, including the orders for Subcontractors, in line with Factory OTIF and stock targets
  • Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and products
  • Track shipments and address any delays
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding production goals, timelines
  • Track production volume and monitor customer demand patterns and purchasing trends
  • With Purchasing, Propose optimized flows to supply the production and FG customer orders
  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
  • Provide consistent supply forecasts to our suppliers
  • Active part in the supplier service rate target achievement
  • Pro-active in the definition of the stock policy of the Supply Chain manager (planning settings)
Education and Experience:
  • A good level of English is required,
  • You are versatile, proactive, organized and have a sense of priorities,
  • You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work in team
  • Advantage : 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory, purchasing, or a related position
  • Advantage Navision soft skilles.
