Procurement Planner Specialist
In this position, our future colleague will operate as Procurment planner, by supporting all projects to entire Plant .He/she will responsible for timely planning of all procured materials to ensure the appropriate supply of materials required to maintain steady production and product delivery
Main missions:
In this position, our future colleague will operate as Procurment planner, by supporting all projects to entire Plant .He/she will responsible for timely planning of all procured materials to ensure the appropriate supply of materials required to maintain steady production and product delivery
Main missions:
- Place orders in accordance with details from the ERP system, including the orders for Subcontractors, in line with Factory OTIF and stock targets
- Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and products
- Track shipments and address any delays
- Coordinate with other departments regarding production goals, timelines
- Track production volume and monitor customer demand patterns and purchasing trends
- With Purchasing, Propose optimized flows to supply the production and FG customer orders
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
- Provide consistent supply forecasts to our suppliers
- Active part in the supplier service rate target achievement
- Pro-active in the definition of the stock policy of the Supply Chain manager (planning settings)
- A good level of English is required,
- You are versatile, proactive, organized and have a sense of priorities,
- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work in team
- Advantage : 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory, purchasing, or a related position
- Advantage Navision soft skilles.
