Proven ability to manage inventory systems, cost control, and vendor relationships.

Advanced Romanian and English language.

Your Journey
Take full ownership of in-house inventory control processes across all departments (F&B, Housekeeping, etc.).
Supervise the merchandise received, ensuring accurate quantities, quality checks, and correct data entry into inventory systems.
Conduct regular audits and stock inspections to ensure compliance and identify discrepancies.
Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best value in terms of quality, price, and reliability.
Control purchasing costs by regularly reviewing supplier pricing and market benchmarks.
Review and monitor order values across categories, ensuring alignment with budget and usage patterns.
Maintain accurate documentation of stock movement, costs, and supplier agreements.
Travel to the different outlets to make the regular audits.
