•Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to write business reports, as you will work closely with other analysts, senior management and business stakeholders;
•Great analytical skills: you will assess different areas and processes of the business and make the necessary adjustments;
•Technical skills: you must be advanced in working with Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point) and knowledge of MS SQL Querying would be a plus;
•Good knowledge of statistics and math: expertise in scoring models would be a plus;
•Strong problem-solving abilities: you must be able to identify the potential gaps in the processes and find proper solutions;
•Experience in a similar/related position and deep understanding of legal business processes;
•Process management skills, as you will need to review current processes and make analytical recommendations;
•Good command of English;

The Process Analyst assesses the unique requirements of businesses and makes valid recommendations for the improvement of different processes. In this role you will act as intermediary between management, analysis team and executive decision-makers and you assist business in boosting their performance and ensuring higher revenues by ensuring analytical input and alignment with the key objectives and goals
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes and needs;
•Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders of operational processes;
•Analyze business processes, identify areas of improvement and make analytical recommendations;
•Examine best practices of businesses and technical developments to automate and streamline business processes efficiently;
•Transpose business requirements into technical specification and explain complex analytical solutions in non-technical terms, in order to bridge the gap between business and technology;
•Prioritize business analytical requirements to ensure alignment with the key objectives and goals;
•Collaborate closely with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to identify and implement suitable analytical solutions for processes improvement;
