We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant teaching qualification (SEND / Inclusion preferred)
- Has experience supporting primary students with diverse learning needs
- Is knowledgeable about inclusive strategies and intervention planning
- Able to prepare IEP based on students needs
- Communicates effectively with staff, students and parents
- Demonstrates warmth, flexibility and commitment to student wellbeing
- Has good spoken and written English

The Role
The successful candidate will support primary students with additional learning needs through in-class support, small-group interventions and individual programmes. The role includes contributing to IEPs/support plans, collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff, monitoring progress, and promoting inclusive classroom practice.

International School of Bucharest is a non-profit day school providing a British style of education for children aged 2 to 19 years in Bucharest, Romania’s capital city.
Children in the Early Years, Primary and Secondary school (ages 2 to 14) follow the National Curriculum and Cambridge International Curriculum which is adapted to meet the needs of our international student body.
Students in Years 10 and 11 follow the Cambridge IGCSE programme.
Years 12 and 13 are the final two years of our programme where students are prepared for International Baccalaureate.
