- Proven experience in energy systems integration or industrial systems, ideally in telecom or IT technology;
- Strong understanding of DC power systems, energy monitoring systems, site-level infrastructure.
- Practical experience with communication protocols, as SNMP, Modbus (RTU/TCP), MQTT, REST APIs.
- Experience working with data platforms, dashboards, or monitoring systems;
- Knowledge of system integration workflows and troubleshooting methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable insights;
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and platforms.

The Power Systems Engineer – Integration & Performance Analytics contributes to the integration, monitoring, and performance optimization of energy systems deployed across telecom and energy infrastructure projects.
The role combines system integration, data analytics, and operational performance management, ensuring that energy equipment (48VDC systems, diesel generators, photovoltaic systems, controllers, sensors, routers) is correctly integrated, monitored, and optimized through digital platforms.
You will work closely with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure accurate data acquisition, reliable system performance, and continuous improvement of energy operations across multiple sites and countries.
You will support end-to-end integration workflows, from field equipment configuration to data validation, analytics, and performance monitoring.
Perform day-to-day task management, prioritizing task based on daily demand.

Main responsibilities
- Acquire a deep understanding of Camusat energy systems, digital platforms, and field architectures;
- Integrate energy equipment and systems (routers, powercore (48 VDC systems) controllers, diesel generator controllers, energy meters, sensors, third-party vendor systems).
- Configure, validate, and troubleshoot data acquisition pipelines (Modbus, API, MQTT);
- Ensure accurate and reliable data flow from field equipment to central platforms;
- Ensures all equipment is properly configured, connected to the platform, and fully operational for monitoring purposes;
- Identifies and implements optimal integration solutions to maximize equipment connectivity and system performance;
- Manages VPN configurations, access credentials, and security keys in coordination with suppliers;
- Delivers product and integration training sessions for end users, ensuring effective adoption and usage of the platform.
- Define, implement and maintain performance indicators (KPIs), including energy consumption, load monitoring, alarms and events, and system efficiency;
- Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of site-level performance indicators;
- Identify performance degradation and proactively propose optimization actions;
- Take ownership of data-driven decision support for operational teams;
- Correlate data from multiple systems (energy, alarms, communication) to identify root causes and improvement opportunities;
- Analyze system performance and identify: anomalies, inefficiencies, communication issues.
- Perform and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for system performance issues, including data inconsistencies, communication failures, and energy inefficiencies;
- Contribute to standardization of integration processes and configurations across projects;
- Validate system configurations before deployment and ensure compliance with technical requirements;
- Support the development of data models, naming conventions and analytics structures;
- Collaborate with power system design and platform development teams for: feature improvements, integration enhancements, bug resolution;
- Document configurations, processes, and integration workflows;
- Provide support and training to internal teams and external stakeholders;
- Monitor platform data quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
- Track tasks and prioritize activities based on operational needs.
