Job Description
- Plan the resources: human, material and equipment necessary for the execution of the work
- Establishes the necessary documents to be presented to the beneficiary for the execution and reception of the works
- Analyzes the technical data in the field, plans and communicates with the members of the execution team to analyze the necessary resources
- Manages and updates the database and keeps documents related to work planning
- Prepares weekly/monthly progress reports on the activities related to investment/maintenance projects and forwards them to the beneficiary/management
- Enter and manage in the CRM database information on possible projects according to the tender requests requested by the beneficiary
- Centralizes the data received from third parties and analyzes the project graphs according to the beneficiary's requirements
- Updates the progress of the works according to the information received from the field
- Prepares the S-diagrams regarding the state of the works
- Based on the execution graphs, analyzes the deviations from the initial deadlines and proposes measures recovery
- Analyze, identify and report the critical path of projects
- Analyzes the planning accuracy of projects received from third parties and proposes their improvement
- Ensures support in the implementation of the project execution plan
