PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate is a self-confident good English speaker, with high adaptability and meticulosity, structured and organized with a keen eye on details and speed in making decisions.
Must have requirements:
EXPERIENCE: 1 year as a controller
SKILLS:medium spoken and written English
able to sustain attention to detail
good digital skills
able to react fast in identifying solutions
ATTITUDES: meticulous, organized, adaptable under stress, reliable, flexible, solution oriented
Nice to have requirements:
EXPERIENCE: other experiences in working with customers and coordinating people
SKILLS: customer service communication techniques
ATTITUDES: patient, friendly, inquisitive, driven to learn
OTHER:Willing to work 5 days/week in morning, afternoon and night shifts (we provide flexibility and can negotiate the terms)
Location: Iași office
BONUS for recommendations: €400 payable after the probation period to both the person who recommends and the person that gets hired and stays for 3 months.

ABOUT THE JOB
The duties will include:
-Allocating and dispatching jobs to company drivers
-Tracking flights
-Taking and ︁︀︂︃︃︇︂︁︃︁managing bookings from customers
-Answering phone calls in a friendly and polite manner
- Using our digital systems to keep activities running
-Filling in reports and data
SALARY
The salary will be negotiated depending on experience.
