- 5+ years in support leadership, with a proven track record of scaling large teams (50+).
- Hands-on experience building support operations from scratch.
- Expert knowledge of modern support tools, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership: Hire, mentor, and scale a support organization (50+ agents), establishing a strong leadership layer and clear team structure.
- Strategy: Define the global support roadmap, set KPIs, and leverage data analytics to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
- Infrastructure: Select and implement the tech stack (CRM, Ticketing, Knowledge Base) and design scalable workflows and escalation paths.
- Customer Excellence: Design the end-to-end B2B customer journey, ensuring speed, consistency, and a "customer-first" organizational culture.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to manage budgeting, compliance, and aggressive hiring targets.
