We are not looking for someone who has to carry everything alone. We build systems, prioritize, and create clarity together. You will work directly with Stela (Chief of Staff) and have frequent interaction with Alex (Managing Director). You will be supported, not left on your own.

What will you do?
Your activity will be divided approximately into three areas:
• 50% administration and internal operations — subscriptions, procurement, IT equipment, company phones, reports. Built as systems, not reactive firefighting.
• 30% compliance and certifications — ISO certifications, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental requirements, Technical Approvals, and other compliance-related activities, coordinated together with our external consultants. You ensure continuity and proper follow-up, while they provide specialized expertise.
• 20% executive support for Stela — CV screening for recruitment processes, interview coordination, and preparation of documents for meetings.

What do we offer?
• Fixed salary: 5.500 – 7.500 lei net. Salary review after 6 months based on performance.

• AI tools integrated into administrative workflows — document generation, reporting automation. We will teach you how to use them.
• Training on ISO standards and integrated compliance requirements (Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environment) — you will become knowledgeable in the field, not just an executor.
• Growth opportunities within 12–24 months — multiple possible directions: HR, operations, compliance.

You will directly contribute to how DITO operates in the coming years. The systems you help build today will support the company’s future growth. You are not just keeping the office running — you are helping build the foundation of a mature organization.
