What you will do
  • Coordinate the daily administrative and operational activities of the office.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and external service providers.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and workplace facilities.
  • Manage office purchases and ensure the office is fully equipped and running smoothly.
  • Support administrative HR activities, including time tracking.
  • Contribute to cross functional projects and internal events.
  • Build strong relationships with office tenants and help resolve operational requests.
  • Ensure office security procedures and workplace standards are respected.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.

Job Description

What we are looking for
  • At least 5 years of experience in Office Management, Office Administration or a similar role.
  • Experience coordinating office operations with a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • A proactive, solution oriented and hands on approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Conversational French (B1).
  • English at B2 level or above.
