Candidatul Ideal
Education Required:
- CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
- Solid background and hands on experience in:
- networking, routing, and switching.
- firewallsinclude static and dynamic routing, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLAN, STP, and EtherChannel.
- SSL-VPN and Site-to-Site VPN, MPLS VPN networks
- implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of all above is desired.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- An analytical mind.
- An ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Good time management skills.
- An ability to follow processes.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Self-starter and drive to take initiative and own issues.
- Commercial and business awareness
Experience in Finance / Banking industry.

- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Monitor network performance ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄(availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
- Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues.
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Investigating faults in the network
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
- Performing system upgrades following new releases.
- Be “on-call” for all periods as assigned by manager, including participation in afterhours support.
- Provide a second level of support of relevant technical issues.
- Ensuring high-level security and efficiency resulting in 100% output.
