You have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.
- Excellent knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating animation, motion graphics and social-first content.
- Good understanding of typography, composition and visual storytelling.
- Experience with AI creative tools is a major plus.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Produce promotional videos showcasing the latest AI image and video models.
- Create animations for product announcements, tutorials and feature launches.
- Work closely with designers and video creators to produce high-performing creative assets.
- Experiment with new AI tools and incorporate them into your workflow.
- Help define and evolve our visual language across all marketing channels.
- Continuously optimize creative based on performance data and user engagement.
- Stay on top of AI trends, creative techniques and emerging social media formats.
