- Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
- Good communication skills and ability to write compelling ad copy

Key responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, Google Ads, and TikTok
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Test audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve conversion rates
- Prepare clear performance reports and ROI analyses
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising efforts with business goals
