• Calificare: Formare profesionala in domeniul technic ca mecanic industrial, mecanic pentru utilaje de constructii sau calificare echivalenta.
• Experienta profesionala : Experienta de lucru cu utilaje mari sau macarale reprezinta un avantaj.
• Competente personale : Capacitatea de a lucra in echipa, la inaltimi si dorinta de a lucra in aer liber.
• Simtul responsabilitatii : Initiativa si respectarea consecventa a regelmentarilor de siguranta.
• Cunostinte lingvistice : nivel de germana (nivel B2)

• Asamblarea macaralei: Montarea si demontarea macaralelor cu brat cu zabrele precum si pregatirea inainte si dupa utilizare pentru o operare sigura a macaralei fac parte din activitatile principale.
• Depanare: Efectuarea testelor functionale, analizarea sistematica a defectiunilor si documentarea acestor defectiuni.
• Pregatirea ultilajelor: Cu intelegere tehnica si precizie ,insotiti intregul proces pana la livrarea finala .
• Optimizarea proceselor: Prin participarea activa la masuri de imbunatatire, contribuiti la optimizarea eficienta a proceselor si la dezvoltarea continua in cadrul echipei .

• Salariul este incepand de la 18 euro / ora
• Contract de munca pe perioada nedeterminata.
• Intocmirea actelor gratis, tot ce tine de primarie si finante
• Pentru cei ce au copii, se intocmesc dosare de alocatii gratuit.
• Transportul este gratuit de la cazare pana la locul de munca.
