We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing hands-on manual testing, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with developers and to deliver a reliable user experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys actively testing software, is comfortable working in technical environments, and takes ownership of product quality while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in manual software testing (test case design, execution, bug reporting).
- Familiarity with SSH and basic Linux command line operations.
- Basic experience with API testing (using tools like Postman, cURL, or similar).
- Understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with developers and documenting issues.
Nice to have:
- Experience with VoIP systems (PBX configuration, SIP protocols).
- Knowledge of WebRTC.
- Experience with test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Familiarity with telecom or real-time communication products.
