- Land scouting activities: Identify opportunities to expand the existing landbank by direct scouting or through agents
- Assist with the preparation and structuring of acquisitions, including budgeting and negotiations
- Assist with drafting initial transaction documentation such as NDAs, LoIs, budgets, and consultant contracts
- Support the Head of Department during deal negotiations and implementation
- Liaise with internal departments and external consultants (technical, legal, cadastral) for transaction execution
- Prepare cash-flow calculations and forecasts for investment decisions, reporting, and bank requirements
- Develop financing structures for financing and refinancing the allocated portfolio, in line with CTP Group strategy (covenants, securities, financing costs)
- Maintain relationships with financing banks for the allocated portfolio
- Coordinate with banks to provide required information for loan documentation, securing financing and refinancing for both existing and pipeline assets
- Negotiate financing structures, costs, and loan documentation
- Coordinate with related departments in Romania and the Czech Republic, including legal, accounting, controlling, and acquisitions
- Perform calculations related to development studies and investment analyses
- Create financial models to assess commercial terms and project returns
- Liaise with external auditors and provide requested information
- Monitor existing financing agreements and report compliance with bank covenants within agreed deadlines
