We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support, managing our IT infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless operation of our systems.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
At least 2 years of relevant experience with Linux operating systems.
Experience with virtualization solutions (KVM, VMware, Proxmox, OpenNebula, Oracle VirtualBox).
Knowledge of automated systems management and monitoring tools/technologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and/or Python.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and basic Windows network troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Basic knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., DHCP, SSH, HTTP, RDP, Telnet, SMTP, SFTP).
Good knowledge of hardware and software upgrades and installation.
Understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts.
Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:
Experience in building, releasing, and configuration management of production environments.
Basic knowledge of configuring and managing AWS platforms and capabilities such as EC2, RDS, EBS, S3, ELB, VPC, IAM, and Security Groups.
Experience in managing and improving CI/CD processes.
Excellent skills in installing and configuring Windows (users and apps).
Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging Windows applications (e.g., Office, Outlook, Thunderbird).

Assist in implementing and improving internal IT policies and practices.
Maintain an inventory of computer hardware and software assets.
Deploy and manage infrastructure mainly in on-premise environments, while also supporting a smaller AWS-based environment (nice to have).
Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Respond promptly to service issues and requests through our ticketing system.
