Candidatul Ideal
- Degree in Law or a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Administrative Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work)
- Minimum several years of relevant professional experience in Legal, Compliance, and/or Data Protection roles
- In-depth knowledge of GDPR, data protection regulations, labor law, and compliance frameworks
- Experience GDPR Coordinator
- Certifications or formal training in data protection, compliance, labor law, internal investigations, or ethics are highly desirable
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- High level of integrity, independence, and discretion
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent English skills in written and verbal form (German helpful)
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams

- Advise senior management and employees on legal, compliance and data protection obligations on site, including GDPR requirements
- Act as GDPR Coordinator, monitoring compliance, managing data subject requests
- In alignment with Corporate Legal & Compliance Department and Group Data Protection Organization (including DPO):
- Draft, implement, and maintain internal policies and procedures for data protection, compliance, and workplace conduct (as well as adaptation and integration of global guidelines locally)
- Support the Corporate Legal Department in the context of contract management
- Manage personal data breaches and other compliance incidents, including notifications to authorities and affected individuals
- Prevent, manage, and investigate cases of misconduct such as workplace harassment in line with legal and ethical standards
- Provide training, awareness programs, and guidance to promote a strong compliance and ethical culture across the organization
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, compliance, and reputational risks, including conflicts of interest and related-party relationships
- Perform internal audits to assess compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
- Organization and monitoring of possible external or internal compliance audits
- Report directly to the General Manager on legal, compliance, and data protection matters
