Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Legal Advisor to provide assistance and advice in the legal field, with the aim of protecting the legal interests of Teleperformance.
Responsibilities
1. Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Ensuring the compliance of the company's internal procedures with the legislation in force and with the standard regulations implemented within the company;
- Sending to the company's business partners the internal documents stipulated by the required by the policies/working procedures and ensure receipt of the documents signed by them;
2. Assist in legal and administrative procedures
- Drafting, verifying and negotiating contracts with the company's suppliers and customers, ensuring the correct enforcement of the guidelines and framework contracts approved by the group;
- Proper recording and filing of commercial contracts, addendums and contractual documents;
- Drafting and checking legal documents signed by the company;
- Analyzing documents provided by other departments and providing legal advice on the requested topics within the agreed deadlines;
3. Internal training
- Follow up to department heads and project managers on the documents/ contracts to be finalized in order to comply with the implemented policies/ procedures.
Job Description
- Finalised legal studies
- Experience in the field 1-3 years;
- English B2 minimum
- Excellent communication skills: spoken and written
- Team player
- PC skills and typing speed
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
