What you will do in this role
As a KYC Analyst with Hebrew & English on our team, you will:
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) as part of KYC processes
- Review and verify client documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of client accounts and transactions
- Identify and escalate suspicious activities in line with AML policies
- Support AML investigations and contribute to transaction monitoring activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are proficient or bilingual in Hebrew and English
- Prior experience in KYC, with exposure to AML processes
- Solid financial background
- Understanding of AML regulations and compliance frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Law, or related field) – considered a strong advantage
- Experience with customer risk assessments and transaction monitoring
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Have availability to work from our office in Bucharest
